Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping

  1. Processing Time: All items are custom-made. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before we ship your order.

  2. Delivery Time: Standard U.S. shipping (via USPS or FedEx) is about 3–4 business days after fulfillment. For example, most U.S. orders arrive roughly 7–9 business days after you order. Canada shipping may take 4-20 business days.

  3. Tracking: Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress.


  1. Do you ship International: No, we ship only in U.S. and Canada.

Returns & Exchanges



  • Final Sale: Because each piece is made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for fit or style changes. Please double-check the size charts before ordering.

  • Defects & Mistakes: If you receive a wrong or damaged item, email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@yunous.com with a photo and your order number. We’ll promptly send a replacement or refund as needed. (As noted in industry guidelines: custom-made items are only refundable if defective)

  • Return Policy: Yunous will gladly accept eligible merchandise for exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customer provides a return shipping.

    To start a return, you can contact us at hello@yunous.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas, 75019.
    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


Order Issues (Lost/Damaged/Incorrect)

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking says delivered but you have no package, first double-check your shipping address and ask your local post office or neighbors. If it’s still missing, contact us at hello@yunous.com with your order number and we’ll investigate.

  • Wrong/Damaged Items: If you received the wrong product or it arrived damaged, refer to the Defects & Mistakes policy above. In short, email us at hello@yunous.com within 7 days with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Payment & Security

  • Accepted Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and digital wallets like Apple Pay.

  • Secure Checkout: Our online checkout is encrypted (HTTPS/SSL) and built on Shopify, which is PCI-compliant by default. This means your payment details are transmitted securely and kept safe from unauthorized access.

Product Care

  • Machine Wash: Turn items inside-out and wash on a gentle, cold cycle (≤30°C). This protects the print and fabric.

  • Drying: Tumble dry on low heat or (better) hang to dry. High heat can cause shrinkage or cracking of the print.

  • Detergent: Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach or fabric softeners. Harsh chemicals can fade the fabric and damage the print.

  • Ironing: If ironing is needed, always iron inside-out on a low setting and never apply the iron directly to the printed design.

  • Are your products sustainably made? Yes! We strive to be eco-friendly. Our printing uses water-based, eco-friendly inks, and every item is made to order (which helps reduce overproduction waste). We also partner with suppliers who follow responsible, sustainable practices.

  • Are your products cruelty-free? Absolutely. All our apparel is vegan (no animal-derived materials), and our printing process uses cruelty-free, water-based inks. You can feel good knowing no animals were harmed in making your clothes.
